Aquila Truck Centres is expanding our team, and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated HGV Night Shift Technician to join us at our Telford Depot. Telford, West Midlands (TF2)
🕕 Working Hours
48 hours per week – choose from:
Monday to Thursday, or
Tuesday to Friday
Hours: 18:00 to 06:30
💷 Salary
Up to £45,000 OTE, plus bonus scheme
🔧 The Role
As a HGV Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing and repairing a variety of commercial vehicles to MOT standard, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Diagnose faults, service and repair vehicles
Accurately complete service reports, job cards, and repair order documentation
Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety standards
Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Trade qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience
Experience working on commercial vehicles
Ability to problem-solve under pressure and work independently
Full UK driving licence (HGV/LGV preferred but not essential)
